At Amansocial Welfare Foundation, we deeply value the trust and support of our donors and partners. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding donations and payments made to our organization. Please read this policy carefully before making a contribution.
General Donations: Donations made to Amansocial Welfare Foundation are considered voluntary contributions toward our social welfare initiatives. As such, they are non-refundable.
Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error (e.g., duplicate transactions or incorrect donation amounts), please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and process a refund if the error is verified.
If you have signed up for a recurring donation and wish to cancel it, you can do so at any time by:

Please note that cancellations may take up to 7 business days to process.
Cancellation by Donor: If you have registered for an event or program and need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event. Refunds for event fees will be processed based on the circumstances and availability of funds.
Cancellation by Organization: In the rare event that Amansocial Welfare Foundation cancels a program or event, registered participants will receive a full refund of their payment.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your request.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the transaction.
